Family Travel Plans Spring 2020

To all D-E Families and Faculty/Staff:

Given the ongoing spread of COVID-19,  and following the practice of other NAIS independent schools throughout the U.S., we are asking that you complete the below Family Travel Form.

Please complete this Travel Form to summarize any travel (international and/or domestic) that you have planned in the coming weeks, including your Spring Break travel plans.

Please provide as much detail as possible about your plans, including Destination(s) and Timeframe(s). Your attention to this matter will inform our preparations and planning for when we all return to the School.

CPR & FIRST AID CERTIFICATION CLASS

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2020

HAJJAR AUDITORIUM (IN KLEIN CAMPUS CENTER)

Two, 2-hour sessions, on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020 (10 AM -12 PM) and Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020 (10 AM -12 PM) in Hajjar Auditorium (in Klein Campus Center).

  • This class is offered through the PA Parent Ed. Committee.
  • Instructor: Kyle Mihalik (who has instructed D-E faculty and staff members).
  • Cost: $75 per person (Cost drops to $65 per person if more than 25 people sign up!) Bring Cash or Check, Payable to D-E Parents’ Association, to Session 1.
  • Participants must attend both (two) sessions to receive Certification
  • For ages 13-Adult.
