To all D-E Families and Faculty/Staff:

Given the ongoing spread of COVID-19,  and following the practice of other NAIS independent schools throughout the U.S., we are asking that you complete the below Family Travel Form.

Please complete this Travel Form to summarize any travel (international and/or domestic) that you have planned in the coming weeks, including your Spring Break travel plans.

Please provide as much detail as possible about your plans, including Destination(s) and Timeframe(s). Your attention to this matter will inform our preparations and planning for when we all return to the School.
